When will my order arrive?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch after the order is placed. The manufacturer will process the orders, which takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time duration it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10-15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer depending on the receiving province/state as well as certain months of the year.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Because of COIVD-19, the number of flights has dropped sharply, and a large number of parcels are waiting in a queue for planes. This logistics trajectory will not be updated until your country's customs clearance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. 

What shipping method do you use?

International, US and Canadian orders are shipped by YunExpress, which is a globally represented shipping service. 

What is your refund/return policy?

No refunds will be given on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
30 day warranty from the date you receive your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
